RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For the purpose of this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Returns Policy”), Master Veda Solutions can hereinafter be referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”, and an individual who orders the product can hereinafter be referred to as the “User”, “you” or “your”.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
General Terms
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Returns Policy, you may apply for a cancellation of a placed order, return, refund, or exchange of a product purchased from www.masterveda.in (including its mobile version) and mobile application (collectively the “Website”).
To initiate a cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, you can write to us at Info@masterveda.in.
Eligibility
You may apply for:

Cancellation of an order before it is shipped to you (please refer to Section 2C below).

A refund of a product if it has not been received by you.

A return and refund or exchange (as applicable) of a product if:

The product was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

The product is materially different from the one selected by you;
-
The product conflicts with any applicable legislation;
-
The product was received with undue delay making it unusable; or
-
The receipt of products violates the User Agreement (as defined under the Terms and Conditions available on the Website).

A return of a product if you change your mind, provided that the product is in intact condition.
Your right to return, refund, or exchange shall always be subject to applicable law.
Non-Eligibility
A product shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange in the following cases:

If the product has been used or altered in any way.

If the request for return or refund is not initiated within the timelines mentioned in this Policy.

If the product causes any personal reaction (such as rashes, stomach upset, etc.) or due to personal preferences after opening (flavour issues, etc.).

If you fail to provide the required information for us to investigate the claim.

If the returned product is not the product originally delivered.
Conditions for Return
Return, refund, or exchange will only be accepted if:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

The request is made within the stipulated time.
-
Required information and evidence are provided for verification.
Process for Return & Refund

Requests must be raised within the following timelines:

Packaging opened/security seal broken: Same day of delivery.

Product defective/damaged on delivery: Within 2 business days.
-
Product materially different: Within 2 business days.
-
Other applicable cases: Within 14 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

A brief description of the issue.

Photographs of the product/packaging.
-
Any other supporting documents.
-

After verification, approval of your return/refund/exchange will be at the sole discretion of Master Veda Solutions.
Returns Shipping

Products must be packaged securely and labelled with order details.
-
Return shipping is free once your request is approved.
-
Products not purchased from Master Veda Solutions will not be returned or replaced.
Other Terms

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed either to the User’s bank account or wallet account on the Website.

For online payments, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Master Veda Solutions shall not be liable for delays in refunds caused by external factors beyond its control.
2. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
Acceptance and Cancellation by the Company

Additional verification may be required before accepting an order.

Transactions may be monitored for fraud. Any suspicious order may be cancelled at any time.

Orders may be deemed “Suspicious” if:

Large/unusual quantities are ordered.
-
Multiple accounts place orders to the same address.
-
Orders are drop-shipped to various addresses.
-
Invalid addresses are provided.
-
Evidence of malpractice is found.
-
Products appear to be ordered for resale rather than personal use.

High Fraud Risk Accounts
A User may be flagged as High Fraud Risk if they engage in fraudulent behaviour such as:

Providing false contact details.
-
Misusing vouchers.
-
Returning wrong items.
-
Repeated refusal to pay or high return rates.
-
Submitting repeated petty claims for compensation.
Such accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Cancellation by User

If a cancellation request is received before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per this Policy.
